Returns / Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 7 days after receipt of your goods.

 

Return of goods is subject to approval from AM Off Road Design and Fabrication Pty Ltd. Returns will incur a 20% processing / restocking fee.

 

AM Off Road will not credit the refund until the parts have been supplied or returned to us. AM Off Road reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item in a condition that does not satisfy our Return Conditions. Only items which satisfy our Return Conditions will be eligible for a return or exchange.​

Returns
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): AM Off Road Design and Fabrication Pty Ltd, South Tweed Heads. Or, returns can be made by Freight at customers own expense (Please get in contact with AM Off Road beforehand).
 

Returns Conditions

All returns must be in the same purchasing condition. Any products with damage, scratches or signs of use will not be honoured their exchange or refund.
